Holy seahorses! Looks like “Squid Game” star Lee Jung-jae is playing a whole new kind of game – and this one’s got more drama than a K-pop breakup!

The 51-year-old heartthrob, who recently blasted off in “Star Wars: The Acolyte,” is now facing some serious heat back on Earth. Word on the street is that Lee’s been slapped with fraud charges!

Here’s the tea: Kim Dong-rae, the big cheese at drama production company Raemong Raein, has gone and tattled to the cops, accusing our boy Lee and his buddy Park In-gyu of pulling a fast one. Kim’s crying foul, saying Lee promised to play nice and run the company together after taking over, but then ghosted faster than a Tinder date!

But hold your horses, folks! Lee’s not taking this lying down. His company, Artist United, is clapping back hard, calling Kim’s claims a load of hot air. They’re saying there was never any pinky promise to co-manage, and that talk about buying up talent agencies was just pillow talk, not a deal-breaker.

In a twist spicier than kimchi, Lee’s team has turned the tables, counter-suing Kim for false accusations and fraud. Talk about a plot twist!

This whole mess started when Lee’s company scooped up Raemong Raein (the folks behind hits like “Reborn Rich”) back in March. Since then, it’s been nothing but fireworks and flying wigs.

Will Lee come out on top like he did in “Squid Game”? Or will this be his red light moment? Stay tuned, ’cause this drama’s hotter than a bowl of nuclear fire noodles!
